The gun arrived quickly, but our satisfaction ends there. The gun won't shoot and the battery was very hot after charging according to the directions. We emailed customer service but they haven't emailed us back. We'd like to return it for a full refund.

when i ordered the gun for the first time it had came broken with no function at all maybe this is my fault or it was damuaged in shipping if the gun was working im sure i would be satfied but the airattle staff had helped me very much and soon i had recived my second gun of this model still no action and i am waiting for an email in return to find out what to do altough the gun didnt work airattle was very dedcited to customer service so i would not reccmoned this gun but i would reccmond shopping at airattle

it looks so cool/ sick, but i wish it came wit a battery and charger. Still i would probably end up getting a 9.6.
