Not happy May 13, 2013

Called the day order was received to say gun was not working. It had oil on it could tell it looks like the gun has been used. I was told that I could send it back  but would have to pay for shipping. I don't think I should have to pay for shipping twice. I called as soon as my son opened the box when he got home from school that day.
