the shipping was fast and the service was good but the gun didn't work out of the box. the bullets wouldn't load into the gun so it couldn't shoot. hopefully i can get a free replacement.

Very accurate at long distances (thanks to hop-up). Even though mine malfunctioned, I was able to send it in and get full store credit. Don't listen to others who say AirRattle has bad customer service; the AirRattle STAFF CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!
