I bought this to hold up some of my heavier rifles, and while a bit impractical for a 48inch Sniper Rifle, this thing can easily hold the weight. Covered Quick Detach Feature is awesome.

I love this sling. Great for the money! I can switch from left to right hand for shooting and the sling doesn't hamper this movement at all. Good choice and I'm glad to have it!
