What Item's Can't Be Returned?
OEM Batteries and Chargers:
We do cover all aftermarket batteries and chargers which includes combo kits. However, manufacturer stock batteries and chargers that are included with electric airsoft guns are not covered by our return policy. These manufacturer or "OEM" items are added in for free of charge. AirRattle.com always suggests purchasing from our aftermarket batteries and smart chargers selections. Items like smart chargers not only insure proper charging, but also can improve the performance of your item. We do not cover batteries that have been overcharged through the use of a trickle charger.

Unauthorized Modifications:
Please understand we can not accept any items that have been modified in any way. Modifications void all warranties. General maintenance is accepted and recommended ( i.e. barrel cleaning, motor height and connection checks, and fuse checks). Please do not open up your gun for maintenance. This will void your warranty or any manufacturer warranty.
We will not accept returns of items without an orange tip as regulated by federal law. The blazing orange tip is a requirement on all Airsoft products by law. All items shipped to us and from us must have regulated orange tips. This includes all items for custom/upgrade services.
Misuse/Neglect/Abuse:
We and our distributors will not cover, nor warranty, items that have been misused or damaged by the buyer.
This includes but not limited to:
- Improper use of the items
- Drop damage
- Not properly cleaning and storing items
- Using non-seamless ammo (please avoid using commercial retail brand BBs as these are not designed to be used with standard airsoft products)
- Using higher voltage batteries (11.1v+ liPos or 10.8v+ NiCad batteries)
- Using under-weighted BBs (0.12g bbs in guns with 250FPS and higher)
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Liquid damage
Airrattle Inc. reserves the right to determine what is defined excessive wear and tear or use with products, within reason.
What Does My Warranty Cover?
Many of the items we carry are covered under manufacturer warranties for defects. Our agreements with some manufacturers state we are not allowed to accept returns for their products as it would void their warranty. If your item is not covered by the manufacturer, we will cover you with our in-house 30 day warranty. The Warranty chart above provides all the contact and coverage information for our products. We understand that some items will be defective out of the box from time to time. Majority of the issues with our hobby products can be resolved with simple maintenance procedures. Please look to our troubleshooting page first before contacting us, found here: "

I Received the Wrong Item. What Do I Do?
AirRattle strives to make sure we get your order right the first time, but please understand mistakes do happen less than 1% of the time. If you received the wrong item, please email our support team to get your order corrected ASAP, by emailing us at
support@airrattle.com. Please send us a picture of the item(s) you believe to be incorrect and your order number, and we will make it right with no additional cost to you.
I No Longer Want My Item. What Are My Options?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused/new item(s) in their original packaging for a store credit or refund within the first 15 days of receiving your order. If you would like to return your item after 15 days, we will take back unused/new items in their original packaging for store credit*.
*A buyback fee of 25% will be applied on items that are not restock-able or not received in new condition.
There Was Shipping Damage. How Do I Get My Item Replaced?
If you receive a damaged item as a result of shipping, please contact our support staff at support@airrattle.com. We are happy to submit a claim for shipping damage. Rest assured we will make sure you are covered and we will get a new item out to you as soon as possible.
Do I Have a Warranty for Certified Pre-Owned Items?
All of our Certified Pre-Owned Items come with a 30 day warranty through for any kind of internal defects. The warranty for pre-owned items does not cosmetic blemishes or accessories. These items are tested by our technical department for functionality of the product but any included accessories are not.
Do I Have a Warranty for Boneyard Items?
Boneyard items are not covered by any warranty. They are sold as is and all sales are final. These items are not intended to be sold as new as stated on the advertisement in our boneyard section. Items in the ad picture are what is included with our boneyard products.
