Airsoft and BB Gun Chronographs
Does it feel like your airsoft gun isn’t performing like it used to? Have you done some upgrades or modifications and want to see what kind of improvements you’ve gained? Are you about to head to an airsoft event with FPS limits? If you’ve ever answered “Yes” to any of the above questions, then you need a chronograph. A chronograph measures the feet per second (FPS) of the BB fired. If you have a fully automatic weapon, a chronograph also measures the rate of fire (ROF). You could try using a stop watch, exact measurement of distance, lightning fast reflexes, and a second person with exceptional math skills to find FPS and ROF. However, even using all of these things, you’re still going to get a more accurate measurement from a chronograph.
