Our Guarantee To You:

Thank you, for using AirRattle.com as your premier airsoft discount supplier. We guarantee helpful friendly customer service. We guarantee that the product will arrive in great condition or we will either exchange for new item or return the full purchase price of the product when the item is returned to us.

Orders and Shipping Policy:

  • All order's will ship within 24 hours (except holidays) unless you pay between Friday night and Sunday morning. We  are closed Saturdays and Sundays. We Ship Same day for morning and afternoon orders!
  • Once your item is shipped a confirmation email will be sent containing your tracking number, but if you have any additional  questions please feel free to email us.
  • All purchasers must be 18 years old or older.
  • Please provide a valid street address as FedEx does not ship to PO boxes.
  • We will ship to billing address only, sorry no exemptions. This is to protect you the buyer!
  • HI, AK, and PR (No free shipping) must pay surcharges for shipping. No shipping outside USA! No Canada Orders!
  • If you are having your item shipped within the state of Ohio, sales tax will be charged.
  • Any coupon or discount codes must be applied before your order checkout is finished.
  • Credit cards are billed as soon as the order is placed (Thank you for your order).

Return Policy:

  • To be eligible to return your item you must first receive a RMA number from our support team. To contact them please email airrattlesupport@gmail.com
  • We provide 5 Day coverage of your item against any and all manufacture defects. The 5 Day coverage starts when the tracking number shows the order has been delivered. Buyers must email us within 5 Days to be eligible for an item to be returned with an RMA number. Items can only be returned if all items it originally came with are returned as well. Your item will be returned for an exchange of a new one, in the event a new one is not available than store credit will be issued. Shipping of the returned item is to be provided by the buyer. If your item is found returned for buyer error the item will be held for 2 weeks so buyer can pay for return shipping. If buyer not pay for return shipping within 2 weeks the item is question will be disposed of. Airrattle LLC is not responsible for returned items being lost in the mail. We suggest you have a valid form of tracking and hold on to it until your case is closed.
  •  If a buyer orders the wrong product and wishes to return this product in brand new unopened condition he or she may do so within 48 hours of receipt. Once the item/items are found returned correctly you will be eligible for a refund minus the shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.
  • Free promotional items where FREE, so they do not qualify for returns or replacement.

Warranty Information:

  • Warranties do not cover misuse or abuse!
  • Many of our items carry additional manufacture warranties that provide coverage anywhere from 30 days to 1 year against manufacture defects and are honored thru them only!
  • A warranty from the manufacture will be returned to them not Airrattle "LLC". Please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you with your return to them in any way we can. We cannot control the outcome of their decision; we are not liable for the return if denied by the manufacture (they are more than fair).  Buyer will be required to pay shipping cost for factory warranties both ways as stated in their fine print.

       Non-Returnable Items:

  • Item taken apart or modified and any way.
  • Unreasonable use or mishandling.
  • Failed proper care, handling, lubricants, and/or maintenance (including fuse replacement and/or motor height adjustment).
  • Usage outside of or not pertaining to instructions from the owner's manual.
  • Covered up or modified orange tip
  • Foreign matter to inner or outer components.
  • Use of low quality BB's or reuse of BB's.
  • Item has been in or has water, rusted, corroded, painted, humid areas, or altered.
  • Airrattle LLC reserves the right to determine what is defined as unreasonable or excessive wear and tear or use with products.
Specials and Promos
  • To Qualify for Specials/Promos orders must meet a specific total that does not include shipping.
  • All free items are the responsibility of the buyer to (Add In Cart)
  • If Buyer forgot to add qualifying promotions to their order before checking out they may contact airrattle.com
  • Buyers must pay a shipping and handling fee if requesting promotional items to be shipped separately.
  • If you do not want any promotional items simply do not add the to your cart before checking out.
  • All Promotional items are free so they do not qualify for replacement/returns
  • FREE Promotional products are not valid with most discount codes. You may pick the physical items or the money savings (but not both) if both are available at any given time.
