Perfect gun for upgrading |

I'm going to upgrade the hop-up, bucking, piston and piston head to get better range, accuracy and to quiet it down, but I have to say that right out of the box this is pretty quiet already and the range is impressive, but not necessarily the accuracy. At less than 100 feet my shots are inconsistent, and yes, I have adjusted the hop-up. Despite that, my first kill with this gun was at a very impressive distance, and I hit him on the second shot on semi-auto.
I chronoed the gun with Lancer .20 bbs and it was shooting 355-360 fps. so don't believe the ratings on the website of 380-400. Also, my flash hider has a very obvious defect that happens when not enough plastic is injected into the mold. Quality Control should have caught it, but didn't.
At the end of the day, it's a great basic rifle with loads of potential for upgrading.
