Very good protection. I had my friend shoot me while I was wearing it and I didn't feel a thing! However, it still hurts when you get shot in the face,arms,legs, or crotch. Haha. The pockets are very helpful, 2 of them are velco so you can move them around a little, the back is mostly velcro so you can put whatever you want on the back, haha. Also the neck support helps while sniping with your head tilted so much. I'd say it's a must-buy, the only downside is you overheat too fast. ;)
